WorldbuildingI love worldbuilding.
I love characterization, too. To me, they're kind of one and the same. You're building something from scratch and making it real. You're adding depth and dimension and those little unique quirks that give an enviroment or a person a sense of individuality and reality.
As a writer I'm a particularly critical and harsh reader. Since worldbuilding is something I love to do in my own work, I notice it in everyone else's work.
I love it when an author can create a world so real, I'm feel like I'm there. Like I could slip down a rabbit hole and end up there tomorrow.
Can anyone reccommend any authors who give good worldbuilding?
